An investment in orthodontic treatment pays wonderful dividends your entire life by giving you the confidence of a beautiful smile. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s problem, and you will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We realize that families and individuals have different needs fulfilling their financial obligations. We have payment plans to suit different budgets. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans and file the necessary papers to the insurance company. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable for your family so that everyone can have that beautiful smile.
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established financial policies:
- If payment is made in full at the start of treatment, we offer a 5% bookkeeping courtesy for paying with cash or check and we offer a 3% bookkeeping courtesy for paying with credit card. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for the payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)
- Interest free, in house payment plans are offered to responsible parties after an initial deposit, arrangements can be made to extend your balance with monthly installments over the expected treatment duration.
We accept payments by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
All payment options will be thoroughly discussed at your consultation.
If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
